Hello lovely blog people! Today I’m bring to you The Sweater Weather Tag. I was tagged by the incredibly lovely Victoria of Stori Tori’s Blog. Her blog is amazing if you haven’t already check it out. Let’s get right into the questions. Oh, and I changed every ‘Fall’ into Autumn.

Favourite candle scent:
I’m not a big candle person. In fact, I own one candle which is Crème Brulee scented—yes, it is as amazing as it sounds.

Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate?
I wonder if our blog name gives this away…

What’s the best Autumn memory you have?
I don’t really have a favourite Autumn memory. I don’t usually connect my memories with particular seasons—I tend to remember the place or the people. I suppose I’d have to say the first weekend in May this year was a really good Autumn memory. Michelle, Miranda and I went up to this country town for a book festival. I always have fun with these two.

Best fragrance for Autumn:
We don’t really have like Autumn fragrances in Australia as far as I known. I like the same scents all year round—my favourite is vanilla.

Favourite Thanksgiving food:
So Thanksgiving is not a thing in Australia. I suppose my favourite Autumny food are ANZAC biscuits. For those of you who don’t know, ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps—we have a day (April 25th) to honour them like Veterans Day. The biscuits were sent to soldiers during WWI. And there you go, a little history lesson you totally didn’t expect.

Literally me every Autumn.

What is autumn weather like where you live?
In Melbourne, it’s about 20 degrees Celsius (68 fahrenheit) in the Autumn but we can realllllly long, ridiculous hot summers so it depends on the year.

Most worn sweater:
Michelle can tell you this…but it’s this grey one I have. I wear it all the time because it’s super comfy.

Football games or jumping in leaf piles?
Uh…neither? I hate AFL (our football) and any other kind of sport. I don’t really go places that have ‘leaf piles’.

Skinny jeans or leggings?
Skinny jeans, without a doubt.

Combat boots or Uggs?
Just boots in general really. They’re pretty much the only type of shoes I can wear without really hurting my feet.

Is Pumpkin Spice worth the hype?
I have never had Pumpkin Spice anything, and I never will. #shade

Favourite Autumn TV show:
I don’t know? Gilmore Girls gives me serious Autumnal feels.

What song really gets you into the Autumn spirit?
Literally nothing. Can you guess that I’m not really a season orientated person? In my mind, only Summer and Winter exist.

Hats or scarves?
Scarves. I really love scarves. I own at least thirty of them.

What’s your #1 favourite thing about Autumn?
The fact that I might actually be able to walk outside without melting into the ground. Knowing that we’ll be able to eat something other than steak for dinner because it’s finally not too hot to put the oven on. #aussieproblems

This is a lie.

  1. Ahaha, I love this tag! Thanks so much for sharing it with me as well <3 It definitely is different for us here than over in Australia. What I can say though, is that i much prefer the definitive weather than to where it could be cold and then warm the next day! Grey is a lovely colour to wear <3

    • I can’t wait to see your answers, Olivia 🙂 I totally agree with you. I especially hate the days where it starts of hot and then goes cold mid-afternoon, or vice versa.
